On the BBQ: Grilled calf liver with cranberries

Preparation

Season the veal liver with salt and pepper and grill until cooked. Put the cranberries with some sugar and a little water in a steel pan and leave to boil until the berries break open.

Cut the veal into nice pieces, put these on a plate or in a porcelain spoon and spoon the cranberries next to it.

Ingredients

  • 50 g calf liver
  • pepper and salt
  • 20 g cranberry
  • 2 tbsp sugar
