Stir frying veal


  1. Take the veal out of the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Take a wok pan
  3. Use a spatula
  4. Put the flame up high
  5. Place the pan on the flame and allow it to get hot
  6. Put a dash of oil in the pan
  7. When the oil is hot add the veal
  8. Stir fry the veal for about 2 minutes
  9. Add the vegetables and stir fry for 1 minute with the veal
  10. Add sauce and season with herbs and/or spices
  11. Enjoy your veal, bon appétit!
