Continuous monitoring of these standards includes the sampling and inspection of all raw materials, including dairy feed, multigrain muesli and chopped straw. Once approved, these materials are released for use on our farms, while registered archives are kept to ensure all our materials can be tracked and traced at any time.
In addition, we work with an advanced DNA-guarantee programme, whereby a DNA sample is taken and recorded for each and every calf. This enables individual pieces of veal to be traced to a specific calf.
