Veal grilling


  1. Take the veal out of the fridge
  2. Allow the veal to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes
  3. Take a Grill Pan
  4. By using meat tongs you won't puncture the meat Grease the veal entrecote with some oil
  5. Put the flame up high
  6. Place the pan on the flame and allow it to get hot
  7. Turn the heat to medium low
  8. Lightly grease the pan with oil
  9. Place the veal (veal entrecote) in the pan
  10. Quarter turn the veal after 1.5 minutes
  11. Turn the veal after 1.5 minutes
  12. Quarter turn the veal after 1.5 minutes until medium fried
  13. Remove the veal from the pan and leave to rest for 5 minutes under aluminium foil
  14. Bon appétit!
