Preparation

Spread the BBQ rub on the spare ribs the night before so that the herbs can soak well into the meat.

Heat the BBQ between 100 and 130°C (212-248°F). Place the ribs in the rack and put them indirectly on the BBQ for 2 hours. Prepare large pieces of aluminum foil for the spareribs to continue cooking in. Remove the ribs from the BBQ and coat both sides with the BBQ sauce. Place them on the aluminum foil and sprinkle some honey on top. Place the cube of butter and half a pepper on top and pack them well. The spare ribs can now be indirectly put on the BBQ for another hour. After this hour, the ribs can be unpacked and grilled for another half hour. While grilling, the pineapple can be cut into pieces and grilled next to the ribs.

Serve the spareribs with delicious fresh fries! Enjoy your dinner!
