Veal burger with brie and sun dried tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion and the garlic clove.
  2. Mix the minced veal together with the onion, garlic and a little salt and pepper.
  3. Fry the minced veal in oil or butter in the pan until golden brown.
  4. Cut the Italian bulbs in half. Cover the ball with truffle mayonnaise, the minced veal, brie, sun-dried tomatoes and the mixed rocket lettuce.
