Ciabatta with veal sirloin and mushrooms

Preparation

If you have a ciabatta that still needs to be baked, put it in the oven.

Slice the mushrooms into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan until golden brown. During the final few minutes, add the sirloin steak and fry it briefly on all sides. After frying, let the sirloin steak rest. Then slice it into pieces.

Place the salad, mushrooms and sliced sirloin on top of the ciabatta and sprinkle with a few shavings of parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ciabatta roll (75 grams)
  • 1 pieces (150 grams) of veal sirloin
  • 1 handful of mixed salad leaves
  • 100 gr mushrooms
  • 50 gr shiitake
  • 50 gr oyster mushrooms
  • sea salt to taste
