1. Prepare the veal sausages.
Heat the sesame oil in a wok. Add broccoli, carrots and ginger and stir-fry the vegetables for about 7 minutes until just cooked.
Mix together the soy sauce and palm sugar, add to the wok vegetables to glaze everything.
2. Fry the veal sausages in a grill pan in hot oil until crispy on all sides and golden brown.
3. Cut the veal sausages into pieces roughly 3 cm long, and slide these onto skewers, alternating with broccoli and carrots.
Rice is a good accompaniment.
