Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Bake veal entrecote in butter brown on both sides in an ovenproof pan over medium heat and then place in the pan in the oven for approx. 8 minutes. Remove the veal entrecotes from the oven and wrap in aluminum foil and let it rest for five minutes.
For the stir fry vegetables: heat some oil in a wok. First fry the carrot and onion. Then add the remaining vegetables and fry for about 8 minutes until al dente. Season to taste with soy sauce and serve on preheated plates together with the veal entrecote.
Sprinkle with roasted sesame seeds and serve immediately.
