Veal mince

Veal mince is the leanest of all mince products. You can use it to fry, roast, boil, make stock, and for fondue and ‘Gourmet’ grills. Meatballs take longer to cook (10 to 15 minutes) than fried mince or small soup meatballs (5 minutes). It is easier to fry a flat meatball; this also reduces the cooking time.
