Whether it's an outstanding piece of meat or exquisite dish: Excellence brings exciting stories with it. On October 7th 2019 the international zenith of culinary professionals from the gastronomic meat industry, gastronomy, and hospitality industry came together for Excellence from farm to table 2019 in the Cologne's German Designpost.
Excellence from farm to table has been a biannual event since 2009 and is organised by Peter's Farm client Albers. Leading international producers and experts talk about their philosophies and give valuable insights into their products. Peter's Farm was present with an information stand. Four top chefs (including 2-star chef Onno – Restaurant Ciel Bleuin Amsterdam) prepared special meat dishes on a live stage. Additionally, the attending guests were surprised with, among others, a Peter's Farm veal tasting.
