Slice the sweet onion into rings and put into a large frying pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and fry until lightly brown on all sides. Then pour in 150 ml of water and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sweetener. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan and allow the water to evaporate. Add more water and sprinkle in another 2 tbsp sweetener. Leave the heat on low for about half an hour while stirring the onions occasionally. Place the pinsa base in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about
5 minutes until crispy. Top it with the pasta sauce and the diced sweet onions. Place it back in the oven for a while. Meanwhile, fry the sirloin steak briefly on all sides. Let the sirloin steak rest for a while after frying, and then slice thinly.
Take the pinsa out of the oven, top with the slices of sirloin steak and arrange the rocket on top. Sprinkle with pepper and sea salt and cut it into eight pieces.
Enjoy!
