Eight top American chefs have made a study trip centred around Dutch veal this month. During their trip, the StarChefs visited the Peter's Farm branch of the Van de Kamp family in Putten.
There, they enjoyed a delicious Peter's Farm carpaccio, veal loin, veal escalope, and a real Wiener Schnitzel. On the last day of the trip, the chefs also received an extensive culinary master class in veal.
